- We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.
Wrong Address Policy
Note that no refunds or exchanges will be granted for products delivered to a wrong address provided by the customer. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.
The customer is responsible for all fees or extra fees that may result from customs once the package has left Canada.
Missing Package Policy:
If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please check your respective leasing office and/or front desk if possible. If your parcel is still not found please contact us via email at email@example.com for further instructions on how to file a missing package claim.
